The morning started off with almost all the boats leaving! The winds had changed direction to mostly east, so no need to be in the protected anchorage anymore.
First Meshugga.
Lots of anchors pulled just after high tide. Mimi -
Then Discovery, Sandbox and Delos. Most headed to Hog Cay. (Several others had departed yesterday over to Southside Bay).
That left just 360, Charm, Wabi Sabi and Sojourn. Now Little Ragged Cut looks a bit more "natural". We decided to just hang around one more day and let the winds really go east before we head out.
We invited Kris and Dean from Charm over for games and dinner. They brought a fun "Sailing Trivia" game - like Trivial Pursuit but only sailing questions. It was circa 1986 - good fun and we knew a surprising number of the answers! It was virtually a tie at the finish line of the race!
And time for a game of Mexican Train (no chicken-foot with them!).
Had a nice dinner of nachos. Fun afternoon!
Sounds like a fun game of Sailing Trivia
ReplyDeleteHey K,
ReplyDelete...nice to stay a bit longer I'm sure...the sailing game looks like fun...I'd probably not be the partner you'd want for that...haha...but I used to love Trivial Pursuit...
Love,
