Man O'War Bay, Great Inagua, Bahamas

I went for a snorkel just by jumping off the back of the boat since there are bommies all around.  It's about 20 feet deep and the coral is lovely just hovering over white sand.

I'd seen a ray below the boat - and he was there when I was snorkeling.  He was unafraid of me and I was able to hover over him and watch him gracefully swimming along.

I spent a while in the afternoon getting supper ready - just salad and spaghetti.  Meshugga joined us for the evening - our last for a while as they are headed overnight to Georgetown to pick up their guests - Nicholas's sister Penny and her husband Mike.  We hope we'll cross paths with them again in the next few weeks.  Their guests are staying with them almost 4 weeks so there will be plenty of time to re-connect.

Dee took a few photos -

We'll stay in Great Inagua for a couple of more days, get some diesel fuel and probably head to the Raggeds again from here.  It's going to be strange to be cruising alone for a while!  Fair winds to Meshugga!
