Rock Sound, Eleuthera, Bahamas

We were up early for another 55+ mile sail to Eleuthera.   After hours sailing along with no fish bites....caught a nice size Mahi!  The freezer is starting to be full now!

Not a lot to see on the sail over....as we approached the south end of Eleuthera we could see construction cranes building what appears to be a new cruise ship dock....just what every isolated island needs to spoil the beauty....

And a cruise ship was already anchored nearby - you can see the "fake" beach town that they have set up for their passengers.  To each, his own, but not our cup of tea....

Anchored near town at Rock Sound busy anchorage!

Noisy bar nearby but we were tired from the trip and called it an early night.
