 You know it's a slow news day when all I've got to show you is more food photos!

I had a hankering for biscuits and gravy.....

 

I make buttermilk with Carnation evaporated milk and some vinegar to curdle it.

 

Yummy and hit the spot on a blustery morning!

 

And this is the view the entire day....seas in open water are still running 7-8'....no thanks.  We're well protected here.  We'll wait until it calms in a few more days before heading to the US.
