We spent most of the day relocating from La Fortuna to Monteverde. It’s only about 76 miles but the roads were awful. Crazy curvy and millions of potholes. It took almost 4 hours for the drive. But the scenery was spectacular!!

Finally arrived at our Airbnb for the next several days. We have the entire 4 bedroom house to ourselves.
After a little walking around in Santa Elena we had a small supper. This time I ordered quesadillas but finished less than half of them. Tomorrow we’ll do a tour or two.

ReplyDeleteHey Kris and Dean, so far it’s been very comfortable. We have gotten wet a few times from must/rain. But not hot and humid like I expected.
