Little Ragged Cut, Bahamas

A friend posted this lovely shot of Meshugga and Sojourn on Facebook and I thought I'd share it here as well.

The day started with a spectacular sunrise!

The sweet little bananas that Maxine had given us finally ripened.  I had those with the last leftover blueberry pancake for breakfast.

Around high tide, our friends Kris and Dean on the Manta Charm arrived!   They had been anchored north of here for several days.  (You may remember that they visited our dock in Oriental for a few days back in October on their way south).

Glad they're here in the cut as we have some strong winds coming over the weekend.

After saying hello to Kris and Dean, we headed south to do some more snorkeling at the same time as the Meshugga crew.  Duane diving down to look for lobster.

Pretty underwater.

And my favorite - a school of blue tangs.

Heading back to the boat we came across Jerry from BlueJacket - he had been snorkeling as well.  The low winds made for a spectacular day.

Duane cleaned the lobster - we gave 2 to Charm as they didn't have any and we had plenty!

I've been doing more cleaning/harvesting meat from the appendages

And once again, before we knew it, it was time for sundown.  A large crowd now as the anchorage is about full.

Another spectacular sunset!
