Little Ragged Island

We went for a nice long walk around Little Ragged.....

Started off with a nice bouncy ride in the dinghy to the tip of the island.

Anchored the dinghy and set out with 70 SPF sunscreen on and a backpack of water.

The walk down the eastern coast is the same as always.  We cut in at the pathway we'd blazed several weeks ago.  All the vegetation we cut and threw aside is all brown and dried now.

The pathway looks great!

Out on the west side of the island.

We walked the rocky shoreline.

The going was eventually in the brambles....

Finally back to the flats on the northern side of the island.

Pretty little starfish at low tide.

Walking back along the shore near our anchorage.  But we can't go to the boat yet because our dinghy is on a far shore.

Along the rest of the walk we see a totem left by some other cruisers at another small beach.  Cute.

Low tide - cool to see the mangrove roots.

Finally back to the north bay.

And back to the dinghy from the other direction.

Here's the track from my Garmin watch.   I should be able to eat a couple of candy bars as reward, right??

 The usual suspects at sundown.

A very nice day!
