And they got a great shot of Meshugga!
I think the island has been for sale for quite a while....hope it remains unspoiled....
In other happenings, it was a lovely laundry day! Sunny and strong winds, so the clothes dried in a matter of a few minutes.
I made a new bread with sourdough starter that Dee had given Cathy and I. The taste is wonderful but I need to work on the "airy-ness" of the bread. Next time I'll add a bit more water and see how that works.
Later in the day Nicholas was out having a good time in gusty winds with their Hobie.
Getting late, he whizzed by and shouted "going ashore for drinks!" so we dropped the dinghy and met everyone on the beach for a pleasant visit.
“Private Island for Sale” amusing reading. “you can also chill on the beach and watch flamingos”. So when will you post a picture of Flamingos ;^)

Well, theoretically the water is public....but if a resort actually was built, it is likely they would build a marina where we are anchored, so probably would change things drastically for cruising boats like us. We understand from the locals that the island is owned by a combination of local families. If it was actually sold, it would be good news for them, so we're happy for them. We'll enjoy it just like it is as long as we can!
