Getting Close to Departure Southbound

Almost ready!  One of the last items we had to do was to replace the wind instrument at the top of the mast.

So, up the mast Duane went - 60 feet up.  Luckily, the electric winch makes it easy for me to lift him up there!

That accomplished, we turned the instruments on and the wind indication is good again!  But.....the autopilot control head is dead....note the "blank screen" to the left of the wind indicator.....we have a work-around, but we'll need to address this.   Looks like we can head south soon!
