Hog Cay, Ragged Islands, Bahamas

We started the day with a nice snorkel with Kris & Dean

I zoomed in on a small lobster hiding in a deep hole.

Pretty coral against the bright white sand.

Lots of fish - jacks and barracuda.

These are the lobster Duane speared - a couple of really nice ones!

Kris took this nice photo of me carrying one of the lobsters back to the dinghy.

We gave Kris & Dean a couple to share with their son who is flying in to Georgetown in a few weeks.  I took the largest of the antennae and made some lobster salad for my lunch.  An amazing amount of meat in those antennae!

Yum.

After lunch we decided to pull the anchor and motor about a 1/2 mile north to get away from some incredibly rude boaters that leave their yappy dog onboard while they go drink beer while lounging in the surf.  Incessant barking for hours.  Beautiful and peaceful!  (And we're all alone!)

Our new friends from Sea Seeker were out exploring on their dinghy - they stopped by, came aboard and we had a nice long chat with them.

Dinner was a fun dish I'd never prepared - Drunken Noodles with Tofu.   I pressed the tofu to extract most of the water - stir fried it with a cornstarch coating.  After stir frying a bunch of veggies, mixed with noodles and a sweet Asian soy-sauce blend.

Really yummy!  I'll make this again!

Peaceful night - watched a couple more episodes of Succession.
