Working today at the airport, covering for a sick employee. Neat airplane doing training. It's a Twin-Otter, a utility plane that you sometime see as a float-plane in Alaska. This one is interesting - we've seen it before over several years. We call it the "spook plane". It is owned by a government contractor (military). It has no markings whatsoever. Very odd. I guess having no markings makes it more "stealthy"..... short field takeoff.
