Salt Pond, Long Island, Bahamas

We still had the rental car for a few hours in the morning so we used it to tote some groceries....it was Farmer's Market day....

Not incredibly well-stocked but a few fresh items.

I ended up with some nice veggies - "donkey" bananas, plantains, eggplant, jujube fruit and some fresh salad greens.

After a bit of shopping at Hillside Grocery, back to the dinghy dock.  A lovely day but wind and swell from the south/southwest is not an ideal direction for this anchorage.

My haul from the grocery and farmer's market - totaled about $120 US so not too terrible.

And we had a visit from Jim and Michelle on Skyfall - they wanted to take some measurements on our boat for future improvements on Skyfall.

Otherwise a little lumpy in the anchorage and we'll be here for a few days waiting on weather to turn for our return to the Raggeds.
