Little Ragged Cut, Ragged Islands, Bahamas

 Same 'ole, same 'ole....

Look at the beautiful sky!  Just the two Mantas in the anchorage now.

Out for a snorkel - we first tried the Cocoa reef but it was incredibly murky due to a southerly wind.  Back to the inside reef since we needed a swim.

Beautiful clear water in the protected bay.  A graceful ray swam over and stopped at a sandy spot.

And a few seconds later he had buried himself in the sand.

Just a lovely snorkel. Especially since our first attempt was so murky it was disorienting.

We got two nice sized lobster.  The weather won't be good for snorkeling for a few days so we'll give the lobster population a rest for a while.

Back to the boats.

We had Ralph & Leslie over for sundown since the winds were light.  (Our normal beach-gathering spot can get really buggy when the winds are calm).  I had used the big antenna "knuckles" from the lobster to make some yummy dip for crackers.  Forgot to photo any of that....

Another lovely sunset.....

Going.....

Going......

Gone.....there was a green flash at the end but of course I didn't snap a photo at exactly the right second.

We're watching an episode every evening of Squid Game.  Well done but odd series.

  1. Lively. The Going Going Gone sequence. Don’t think those, non cruisers, realize that we stand for ages, waiting for that elusive green flash
