South of St. Augustine, FL

 Off at sunrise again....

Working fishing boats.

Just a normal day in the ICW.....As we approached Jacksonville there were a few big boats tied up for major service on the St. Johns River.

Looks like an old Navy ship being dismantled.  Note the police boat patrolling....so we didn't get too close!

We were passed by this beautiful 74' wooden boat - Aphrodite.  The photo really doesn't do it justice.  I looked it up - lots of history - it was built in 1937 and was used by some very famous people.  It fell into disrepair eventually but underwent a 40,000 hour restoration in 2000.

It was clear we were back in the ritzy section....

And by late afternoon we waved goodbye to What If....we'll head on south while they take care of various items in north Florida for the next month or so.

We'll head on south to Daytona and points beyond in the next few days.
