I used one of my pre-vacuum sealed packets and it worked wonderfully! I had wrapped the yeast in plastic wrap to keep it fresh, so all I had to do was shake that out add water and 3 tablespoons of oil. I’m gonna enjoy not having to take out all the different ingredients. We both of course, had a hot slice, with Earth Balance and a drizzle of honey. Yum!
I used my new bread slicer for the first time. The old one gave up the ghost last year. Pretty pleased with this one. It disassembles, so easy to store, relatively

Hey K,
ReplyDelete...your bread looks delicious...and the slicer is really neat...ours folds in for storage on some kind of a spring mechanism...we've had it since the house in BG...so it's really getting old...still works perfectly though...yours looks much more adjustable than ours though...
Love,
