Little Ragged Cut, Ragged Islands, Bahamas

It is almost chilly here with the breeze....76 degrees in the morning!  So I decided it was time to heat up the salon with the oven - biscuits and gravy sounded like an excellent idea.  Not the prettiest biscuits ever....I somehow lost my biscuit cutter (A.K.A. tin can with both ends cut out) so I just used a drinking cup to cut out the biscuits, obviously not the proper tool as there is no way for air to escape.  Oh well, they taste good anyway!

Gravy made with Impossible sausage.  Yummy!

Then we had to work off the breakfast calories!  Windy ocean side walk.

Mr. Ghost Crab was trying to hide - the brown stuff is the dried sargassum seaweed washed up on the shore that you may be reading about in the news.

The wind has the waves rolling in from the east!

Looking to the west across the salt pond, it looks calm but the wind was loud in our ears from the clifftop.

We did bring back an interesting find from beachcombing - a ski-vest in pretty good shape we found washed up on a rocky shore.  Not sure that we have any use for it but hated to leave it laying there to deteriorate.  We'll donate it when we get home.

We invited Jerry and Donna over for afternoon cards - they'll be leaving the Raggeds tomorrow or the next day to start their way north for the season.  Will miss their cheerful selves!
