Hog Cay, Ragged Islands, Bahamas

With a blustery day in store, we opted for a nice long walk instead of snorkeling.

Up on the cliff, the view back to the anchorage.

 Beautiful views from the trail.

When we cut this trail 3 or 4 years ago, we marked it with pieces of green fishing netting that we had scavenged from the shoreline.  A concerned cruiser has removed all of those markings and replaced them with conch shells.  It's actually quite nice.

The "Conch" trail intersects with the "Creepy Baby Doll" trail....there are some remnants of the dolls, but most have been blown away by the recent hurricane, I suppose.  We spent a good bit of time trimming the overgrowth on this trail - it needs some more attention though.

We did a nice long circuit of the northern end of Hog Cay.  I put my phone in my backpack because we had several rain showers crop up....no photos of the ocean side today.

Several boats have come/gone at Hog Cay over the last few days.  There are two boats now with small children.  One from Canada with one little girl and one from Israel with 3 children!!  The kids are well behaved and cheerful

A nice sunset gathering but no real visible sunset or green flash.
