We went ashore to the cruiser hut in the morning and worked for over an hour toting rocks and buckets of sand.  Got a good bit accomplished but so much more to do!!  We'll work on it slowly so we don't get discouraged by the enormity of it!

At 10AM, the Namid crew met us to go on a trail walk.  This time over the cliffs and to the next bay.  The trails are in need of a good bit of trimming.  Doesn't look like anyone much has been on the trails in a while.

Tree limbs leaning over the path and just general overgrowth.  Bruce and Sandra trimming the trail.

This bay doesn't look like it got punished too badly during the recent hurricane as the sand looks just like it did last time we were here.

We walked all the way over to the "Dilly tree" trail.  I thought this was it since there is a nice little fruit growing.  But I later looked it up, this is not the Dilly tree!

Bruce and Sandra wanted to see the ruins on the hillside, so we went up that trail.  Sorry to say that this trail is in much need of trimming and marking.  We were off trail and had to circle back several times to find another marker.

We kept seeing these huge caterpillars. They were chomping down on the leaves of this particular bush.  We saw hundreds of them!  Wonder what butterfly they turn into??

Pretty cactus on the trail.

Sandra and Bruce taking in the scenery.

View back to the anchorage.

Walking back toward the anchorage, it was a long sunny walk.  Time for lunch and a little relaxing!

Before sunset we had a little rainstorm pass over.....and a beautiful rainbow to end the day!  We went ashore for "sundown" - no sun visible, haha.  But a nice group with interesting conversation.
