 I've got some weird feeling in one of my ears that is making me a bit dizzy - hoping it will go away on it's own.  Nothing terrible just enough to make me want to laze around and not move.

So I didn't accomplish much yesterday....Duane has been busy working on the fridge/freezer refresh.

The top-loading fridge and freezer have the original hinges and they are maybe a bit too small for the task.  The "lids" are extremely heavy and bulky - the small hinges twist slightly when opening so we had purchased a set of much heavier stainless hinges in St. Augustine a couple of years ago.  

 

So Duane made quick work of replacing those.  Much sturdier!

And now he's working on removing the old ugly seals.  Tedious scrubbing the glue/cement that was used to adhere them.  When he's finished he'll only install seals on the lids, leaving the base fiberglass free of seal and easy to clean.

 

In the evening we went to M&M's in town for a little 51st anniversary celebration with Ed & Cathy.  Lookin' great!!!
