We made a trip to the mountains....beautiful weather. The trees are starting to show some fall color. The view from my mom's house.

She hosted a little cookout for everyone available....good fun, sorry for the awkward picnic photo.
We attended the memorial service for my ex-sis-in-law then went over to Duane's mom's house for a visit.

The next day, we had another pizza get-together when my sweet sis had arrived....my sis and Mom.
Then next morning, they took me for a nice drive around the countryside to look at some roads I hadn't driven in years. Pretty fall colors. We didn't get out of the car, just had a nice drive-about.

ReplyDeleteOur last week of October is quite different than previous years when we were prepping to head south on November 1. I found myself checking out Windy to see what I was missing. Miss you guys!
